Body Weight Blaster Or Isopower System, What's The Difference?

Although these are both designed to help improve your physique without the use of weights they are considerably different.

The Isopower System works on isometric exercises…that is exercises where the muscle is contracted by applying resistance to it while the joint is static (not moving). The big benefit of these kinds of exercises is that they have much less wear and tear on your joints. And, the majority of them are less physically demanding.

The Isopower System however, i thinks is more ideal for someone who has joint troubles or has been considerably physically inactive.

In contrast, the Body Weight Blaster uses exercises that do have movement. However, unlike exercises involving weights, this program achieves muscle resistance by using your own body weight. Therefore, it has much less wear and tear on muscles than programs that rely on heavy weights. But, it still allows you to achieve considerable muscle resistance which in turn results in significant muscle gains.

You can be a beginner to exercise and find the Body Weight Blaster system quite doable. However, if you are grossly out of shape and have been living a very sedentary lifestyle, you might want to begin with Isopower instead. Well, i think, knowing the difference will make decision making somewhat easier.

Have a great day.
