The idea for humans living on 'Mother Earth' was never only about 'Self Abundance' , instead, to be an instrumental agent of change to all those around us that are less fortunate.
It is OK to endure a little discomfort attimes in order to aide someone else a little comfort in life as well.
Allowing some kind jestures frequently to those in need, espeacially in our communities will certainly elevate good health and an overwhelming balance in our own lives for sure. Have a great day and talk soon. Cheers!!

Lessen your Stressors and stay balanced:
We can learn from many practical lessons in life to assist us staying healthy and balanced such as this :
A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they'd be asked the "half empty or half full" question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: "How heavy is this glass of water?"
Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.
She replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes." She continued, "The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything."
It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses. As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them through the evening and into the night. Remember to put the glass down!

Very Healthy Being Positive!!
Positivity is not just a tho't, rather, a life-style. Stay positive regardless of all the issues that may seem so negative to us.
Here's why. Being positive can alleviate excessive stress, keep one more focussed, the things we needin life are easier attracted to us, people are happier being around us, we will more likely attract mostly positive people in our environment, get more things done that we are intested in, easier to communicate with, and the list goes on.
How healthier our community can become if we only make a conscious effort to be more positive even when there may be much situations in our lives and around us that dictate otherwise.
Enjoy your day and remember to maintain a Positive, healthy and balanced living Cheers!!
Is Marriage healthy?
'Is Marriage healthy?' The people asked. Yes, Marriage/companionship is a honorable and can be very healthy living for all humans interest. however, it should never be entered into without professional counseling, in that way, anyone who is interested can make an informed decision before doing so.
Marriage is a sensitive topic however, since everyone has his or her own version of what it is or how it should be in a given setting, however, at the end of the day, the people who are in the center of this union are the 2 who made the commitment to each other.
There is also a key aspect of marriage here, and that is, 'Marriage is hard Work.' The question one should ask is, 'Am I willing to do this Work?' There is no getting around this most controvercial aspect of life.
Listen Up my friends, there is no marriage survival without a conscious effort to work on it. 'COMPROMISE' is a real factor in enjoying a Healthy and Balanced Marriage.
Again, compromising with each other's imperfection can lesson the imbalace that is paramount in relationships in all aspect of life to say the least.
So yes, Marriage can be healthy and balanced but it has its challenges, and that's just the reality. I love being married, lol. talk soon.
Balanced in Finanacial Stability:
For many centries nations struggle with the common unrest as to when and where is the best time or best place to purchase REAL ESTATE. The truth is, at the end of the day, for many super rich, they are making their millions from this most controvesal topic.
Therefore, if in ancient days some of the richest investors have gained their riches from real estate and the same is true in our day, well, that would suggest that the idea of investing in such market couldn't be that bad then.
Investing in real estate is not such a bad idea at all in my observation and experiences. In fact, even when the economy is considered an all time slow -coming, builders are still building and people are still purchasing houses. In other words, we all need houses to live in, lands to do farming and lands to raise cattles etc.
It is a very good strategy however, to seek intelligent advise in order to make informed decissions.
Finally, never fear to take a step forward in the right direction by listening to uninformed discussions on the topic. Always seek the knowledge you need on any investment interest for that mater, think realistically, then make your decission and move forwar

Are All Fats Unhealthy?
Not very long ago, a study was conducted at Duke University and they found that diets rich in vegetable fats can possible lower the risk of certain cancers including prostate along with other causes.
It is a known fact for many years now that healthy fats are found in nuts of various kinds and olive oil.
In this study, over 4,000 people participated for roughly 9 years. Questionaires were filled out every 4 years stating their frequency of eating and drinking 130 different beverages and foods.
It seems to me the researchers reckoned that changing 10% clalories daily from carbohydrates to some healthy fats as mentioned above had some link to a 29% risk of death caused by prostate cancer was lowered. There was also a 26% of any other causes lowered as well.
Here's what Dr Stephen Freedland a Urologist at Duke University Medical center mentioned in a report:
"It actually says, if you eat more fat, albeit, the right kind of fat... you're less likely to die of not only prostate cancer, but really of any cause."
In conclusion, I think we all can agree that not all fats ae unhealthy. It seems to me it's a very good idea to add more healthy fats to our diets on a daily basis with increased effort to protect onself from the demise of deadly diseases.

An Easy Healthy Pasta Meal:
Sometimes, it seem daunting for many people to get into their kitchens and just cook an easy healthy meal, thus, many resort to the favorite restaurants on the bloc. Well, the problem does not lies in the fact that we sometimes go to the restaurants, rather, how often we go within a given week?
The very fact that many are struggling in this slow economy, then trying to cook small and healthy meals a few times in the week days can and will save us some cash for other things we may need. So, let us start with a quick, easy, delicious, and a very healthy dinner in 20 mins.
1 pack wholegrain pasta, some diced garlic and onions, cilantro, basil, cayene/black pepper, mint, soy sause, some diced baked chicken breast and olive oil.
METHOD: boil pasta with a litle sea salt until tender, strain pasta, heat olive oil and sautee onions and garlic for about 10sec, thow in diced chicken breast, (best putting as needed per person) keep sauteeing, then sprinkle soy sause as needed, keep sauteeing lightly for 10-15 sec. then throw in all your chopped herbs and sautee a few seconds more, then put on plate, thats it. Can you smell that aroma? Mmmmmmmmmmm, Yumyyyy Delicious!!
Please note, for vegetarians, crushed nuts of your choice is an alternative to get your protein in this lovely dish. Enjoy your healthy meal, cheers!!

Is Coffee considered good for the Brain?
Many people just love to wake up in the mornings to the smell and taste of a nice cup of brewed coffee, however, many are still concerned about what it may do to their mental health. The truth is, maybe you have no need to worry, there is good news on the topic.
I did some research on the matter so it can be put to rest for the sake of my friends. To my understanding, if coffee is a regular part of ones diet, it will actually protect one from having a stroke or at least lessens the likelihood of having one.
Also, according to a recent study that was published in the Journal American Association seemed to indicate that people who consume more Coffee or Green Tea could possible lower the risks of stroke.
I think this is good news because this finding will lessen the worry every time a cup of coffee is drunken. For the most part, except for water, people frequently drink tea and coffee in every language and creed.
Intracerebral hemorrhage is responsible for about 13 percent of stokes in our country, while just a cup of coffee each day is said to lower the risk of stroke by 32%. While 2-3 cups of green tea was 14%.
It was also noted in the study that, the amount of antioxidants in green tea and coffee reduces the caffeine that would otherwise harmful thus, makes it more beneficial.
Doctors seemed to have embraced the findings. The study was done with about 82,000 adults, ages between 45-74. Theses subjects were observed for a period of 13 years.
Finally, having said this much, i honestly think that at the end of the day, moderation is key when it comes to our diet and staying healthy. being healthy is what we all crave for so go ahead and continue to enjoy your nice cup of brewed coffee in the morning. Cheers
