Are All Fats Unhealthy?

Not very long ago, a study was conducted at Duke University and they found that diets rich in vegetable fats can possible lower the risk of certain cancers including prostate along with other causes. It is a known fact for many years now that healthy fats are found in nuts of various kinds and olive oil. In this study, over 4,000 people participated for roughly 9 years. Questionaires were filled out every 4 years stating their frequency of eating and drinking 130 different beverages and foods. It seems to me the researchers reckoned that changing 10% clalories daily from carbohydrates to some healthy fats as mentioned above had some link to a 29% risk of death caused by prostate cancer was lowered. There was also a 26% of any other causes lowered as well. Here's what Dr Stephen Freedland a Urologist at Duke University Medical center mentioned in a report: "It actually says, if you eat more fat, albeit, the right kind of fat... you're less likely to die of not only prostate cancer, but really of any cause." In conclusion, I think we all can agree that not all fats ae unhealthy. It seems to me it's a very good idea to add more healthy fats to our diets on a daily basis with increased effort to protect onself from the demise of deadly diseases.
