Benefits Of Eating Yogurt

TENNESSEE—A recent study conducted at the University of Tennessee found four significant health benefits associated with consuming yogurt.
The study included a group of participants; they were split up into two groups. One group was told to consume yogurt at lease once per day, while the other group did not consume any yogurt.
The team found 4 health benefits directly associated with consuming yogurt, they include:
1.    Helps weight loss: they found that those who consumed 3 servings of low-fat yogurt daily lost 22% more weight and 61% more body fat compared to those who did not consume any yogurt.
2.    Helps fight allergies: The researchers found that the probiotics in yogurt help protect against allergies.
3.    Helps reduce the risk of colon cancer: They found that people who ate yogurt daily had nearly half as many pre-cancerous colon polyps as those who did not eat any yogurt.
4.    Helps fight off bad bacteria in your stomach: this could prevent ulcers and stomach cancer.
If you are interested in some of these health benefits, you might want to consider adding yogurt to your daily diet.

Have a great day.
