Reduce Inflammation In The Body

It is a fact that high cholesterol levels cause dangerous deposits in the bloodstream, which lead to clogging/hardening of the arteries. As a consequence, this can lead to increased risk for stroke and heart attack. These bad cholesterol levels are known as low-density lipoprotein (LDL).

According to WebMD, inflammation causes several chronic diseases. Some include, arthritis, heart disease, and cancer.  

However, with careful attention to your health, you can be proactive naturally by doing small diet changes, yet very healthful and to guard yourselves of excessive inflammation in the body.

If you are interested in fighting off inflammation and preventing heart disease, you might want to consider lowering your bad cholesterol levels and start increasing your good cholesterol levels.

There are a few things that can help lower bad cholesterol, and raise good cholesterol, these
 
include:
·      Eating fruits of various kinds (make them colorful)
·      Eating 5 servings of vegetables per day (colorful)
·      Consuming fish,  (2-3 times per week)
.       garlic, onions, basil and ginger (as much as you can and often)
