As per previous post on the possible 'Genesis of Your Disease'. If you take a look at the real issues around us at the many diseases noted in our society, it is quite alarming and many of these can be easily avoided for the most part. You will understand how to avoid at least some of these illnesses by continue reading. Lets look at:
The kitchen for instance, might be the most popular place in the house to foster bacteria and the culprits are the sinks, counters, coffee-makers, blenders, juicers, stoves, fridge and crisper's etc. You may wash the sinks and counters with soap and water but can still be contaminated with left-over foods, juices and meat products behind, so make sure every trace of food is washed away.
Don't be surprised, but the warm, damp and dark climate is the reservoir of your coffee maker and could be the hiding place for bacteria and mold to grow. This nice brew of coffee can no doubt make you very ill. I would suggest you clean it at least once per week depending how often its used per day. Vinegar or baking soda are very safe to clean. be sure to rinse well after cleaning.
For stoves and counters can be cleaned with the baking soda as well. I tend to do my cleaning after all cooking is completed for the day.
Changing bedding's twice per week is usually recommended but might not be realistic for many people but at least once per week should be a regular practise especially for those who are night-sweaters. In that case, pillow cases can be changed every few days.
Finally, being vigilant of these very important areas of your home is in no doubt essential to your overall health and wellness as a family and the avoidance of being seriously ill.
Have a healthy day!!
